As someone who has always felt like I never belonged, my group is designed to offer support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.

I’m a neurodivergent mother, certified NLP practitioner, and life coach specialising in complex trauma. With full DBS certification, I create a caring, compassionate environment where you can feel heard and supported.

Children are welcome to come along (my 10 year old will be there) but I would recommend bringing something if they get bored as this group is in it’s early stages so there isn’t much in the way of entertainment for them.
