Call to 500 Survivors
A campaign to submit a shadow report to the United Nations for UK Family Courts role in state-sanctioned abuse and psychological torture of protective mothers and their children. These are survivors who have fled domestic abuse and/or reported child abuse — and are being systematically punished by the very institutions meant to protect them.
This campaign follows in the footsteps of the French collective I.n.c.e.s.t.i.c.i.d.e_fr, whose groundbreaking shadow report was accepted by the UN in 2023. Like them, I am gathering 500 survivor testimonies to expose how UK Family Courts are deliberately ignoring credible disclosures of child sexual abuse (incest), physical violence, and coercive control — and knowingly ordering children into the arms of their abusers. This is not accidental. It is systemic, institutional abuse, and it must be brought to international light.

This is your opportunity to share what happened as part of a growing body of evidence that will be used to trigger an international investigation by the united nations into the systemic abuse and institutional torture occurring within the UK Family Court system.

Q – 2. What are the details of the abuse your child(ren) suffered (max 300 words)
A – ………. I did leave in Dec __ After spending weekends with their father (there was no option to not allow) I noticed and others, to the point others were also questionning what is going on? they were displaying overtly sexualised behaviour with each other, on toys and towards the dog, i was walking in on sex acts between them and called nspcc for advice with what i was witnessing, asked the school about pshe content and went through web history to find out why this was happening. in May __ they disclosed that they were exposed to sexual abuse in the attic of the home by their father and half brother. This is where this family court hell began…….
