UK Family Court are failing the children it claims to have the best interests of.
When mothers report domestic or child abuse, they are too often labelled as ‘alienators’ or ‘mentally unstable’ — when in reality, they are displaying symptoms of trauma and survival. Children are being removed from safe, protective mothers based on these unfounded narratives.

Familicide UK exists to expose these systemic human rights violations and push for reform. Your pledge will help us build the pressure needed for the United Nations to investigate and for the UK to stop removing children from protective parents.

“We recognise that survivors of domestic and child abuse are being failed by the UK Family Court system and children’s services.
We recognise that children are being separated from their protective parent through the misuse of pseudoscientific concepts like “parental alienation.”
We pledge our support for the Familicide Campaign’s call to the United Nations to investigate these systemic human and children’s rights violations, and to demand reform and accountability.”
